Asian Medical Students’ Association Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (AMSA-UAJ) was established in Jakarta in 1998. AMSA-UAJ is a part of AMSA Indonesia that embodies and upholds three core philosophies: “Knowledge”, “Action”, and “Friendship. At AMSA-UAJ, we are driven by a commitment to excellence in opportunities, innovation, and community engagement. Through our diverse initiatives, ranging from medical outreach programs to research projects, we strive to address pressing health issues and promote holistic well-being.

This year, AMSA-UAJ aspires to build an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic community where every member can grow, discover their potential, and make meaningful contributions to society. Guided by our enduring philosophy of Knowledge, Action, and Friendship, we cultivate a spirit of unity and innovation.

AMSA-UAJ persistently offers the platforms they need to embrace new challenges, develop their skills, and fascilitate opportunities for them to forge connections. By promoting teamwork across all divisions and fostering a genuine sense of belonging, we empower each individual—regardless of role—to participate fully, broaden their networks through national and international work programs, and build the confidence to pursue excellence in every endeavor.

FINANCE
Teressa Annelee Wijaya Lim
Not only to maintain financial stability, the Finance division also assists AMSA-UAJ in broadening its network through partnerships. We also expose medical students who are interested in pursuing their career abroad to medical educational systems in different countries regarding a variety of medical specialties through talk shows and online seminars.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
Tiffany Nathalie Soe
Public Relations covers improving your design skills in illustration and video editing, maintaining the social media and website of AMSA-UAJ, and in creating a partnership booklet to attract external parties collaborating with AMSA-UAJ.

SKILLS AND DEVELOPMENT
Deyra Maheswari Wistara
Skills and development focuses on increasing skills and knowledge in the field of research and academics. We centred our work programs not only to train medical students but also to support and provide assistance as well as assets for them to thrive in research and academics.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Angeline Lindsey Buyung
Community outreach is a division that reaches out to the community and helps people who need health assistance. Whereby our focus ranges from children to elderly by our events through EOTY, CCC, and CO-Operation to educate, diagnose, and alleviate health problems found in the community.

LEADERSHIP AND MEMBERSHIP
Daphne Abigail S. Tandean
Leadership & Membership has a goal to unite AMSA-UAJ together held by bonding activities such as AMSES and welcoming parties. Alongside, we also prepare members in advance those who strive to be a part of AMSA-Indonesia and prepare programs for new members who join AMSA-UAJ with friendly events.

AMSEP TEAM
Maria Serafina Nadhisaputri
The AMSEP Team is a division of AMSA UAJ that focuses on the relationship between AMSA UAJ and other AMSA universities. We aim to host an exchange program, introduce AMSEP internally within AMSA-UAJ, and establish good relationships with other AMSA Universities in District 2.
