National Leadership Training 2025: Strengthening Leadership and Building Bonds

National Leadership Training (NLT) is a national event held by AMSA-Indonesia to enhance and nurture leadership skills amongst AMSA-Indonesia members. This year, NLT was held by UKRIDA on the 2nd-4th of May 2025. This year, NLT went with the theme

“SOPHROSYNE: Strengthening Outstanding Performance, Harmony, Resilience, and Optimized Self awareness for Nurturing Empowered Leaders”. 

This year, AMSA-UAJ sent delegates to participate in the NLT. Let’s take a peek at NLT through Norell Jerica Ie and Sheila Angelina’s lens!

Sheila mentioned NLT filled her heart with joy and excitement. Not only that, NLT also played a big part in empowering leadership through real situations. NLT gave her the opportunity to sharpen her leadership skills through a simulation where she was tasked to be a leader. As for the cherry on top, Sheila felt that the event provided her a community where knowledge, friendship, and fun became one!

Turns out Norell also shared a similar experience! Norell said that NLT left a n unforgettable and amazing impression and experience for her. Norell’s favorite part of the event was the outbound activities and farewell party, where there were tons of performances that truly brought joy to everyone’s faces. Norell mentioned that she’s glad to participate in the NLT because she met a lot of new friends outside of AMSA-UAJ.
